Terms of Service

The service

Zolt is an automated application-security tool. It scans repositories you connect for vulnerabilities, leaked secrets, dependency advisories, and infrastructure misconfigurations, and presents the results for you to review and remediate.

Your account and authorization

You sign in through GitHub OAuth and authorize Zolt to access specific repositories. You are responsible for activity under your account and must only connect repositories you own or are authorized to scan. You can revoke access at any time from your GitHub settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to scan code you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty on findings

Automated security analysis is provided on a best-effort basis. While Zolt verifies findings to reduce noise, no scanner is perfect: results may include false positives and may not detect every issue. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing findings and for the security of your own code.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any security incident, loss, or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or from reliance on its findings.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service over time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
